"KI erklärt" ("AI explained"): AI Act and AI Certification - What does this mean for us?
With the adoption of the EU AI Act, important regulatory requirements for the use of AI come into force. It is now crucial for companies to use the transition period to implement the regulatory requirements efficiently and as pragmatically as possible. The aim is to establish AI governance that not only meets the ethical and legal requirements of the AI Act, but in particular also produces high-quality AI applications. At the same time, however, politics, business and society agree that the requirements for trustworthy AI in the Act, some of which are still abstract, must be concretized and made operationally feasible. As part of the Zertifizierte-KI.de project, test procedures for the certification of artificial intelligence systems have been developed that contribute to compliance with laws and the standardization of AI and ensure high quality.
