Access data
The provider (or its Webspace provider) collects data concerning each access to the offer (so called server logfiles). To these access data there belong:
Name of the called up website, file, date and time of calling up, amount of transferred data, information about successful call-up, type of browser as well as version, system software, reference URL (previously called up site), IP address and calling provider.
The provider uses the collected data only for statistical purposes connected to running operations, security and perfectioning the offer. However, the provider reserves for itself the right to retroactively check the recorded data if, due to concrete indications, there is justified suspicion of illegal use.
Handling personal data
Personal data refers to information by help of which a person can be identified, that is information which can be traced back to a person. To this there belong the name, the e-mail address or the telephone number. Also information about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been called up – all these belong to personal data.
